DFG Capital Management specializes in personal financial planning and wealth management services. Our clients include wealthy families, business owners, professionals, and other high net worth individuals. They tend to have complex financial situations. Many of our clients have most of their wealth concentrated in one illiquid asset, such as common stock of a single company, or real estate. Often, this highly concentrated investment position is subject to various restrictions and not properly asset protected. We have extensive experience with the specialized financial planning techniques these types of situations require.

We operate on a fee for service basis. We do not sell any investment or insurance products, nor do we have any affiliation with a product sales company. We do not receive commissions for products that we recommend. We are compensated only by fees paid to us by our clients. This prevents potential conflicts of interest and ensures that you receive impartial advice. We offer four types of services – investment management, administrative support, advanced planning and lifestyle services.

Our clients have the opportunity to use DiVirgilio Financial Group and DiVirgilio Insurance Agency Inc. for their advisory and insurance services if they so choose.

History
DFG Capital Management was founded by Albert DiVirgilio Sr. in 2003. Albert DiVirgilio had a successful and extensive political and public service career that dates back to 1967. Although, Albert finished his political career as the Mayor of the City of Lynn in 1992, his public service did not stop there. He decided to enter the private sector by creating his own consulting company doing business as Total Quality Management. Albert helped consult municipalities and businesses on the fundamentals of successful business and community development. At the same time, Albert established DiVirgilio Insurance Agency Inc. in 1993 to continue helping the community as an Independent Insurance Agency. With the foundation and principles that Albert brought to Total Quality Management, DFG Capital Management was born in 2003. Albert wanted to bring a team approach to help wealthy families, business owners, professionals, and other high net worth individuals protect their assets and legacy. Since 2003, DFG Capital Management has provided this service with success.
